1. payment ⓘ all by-request orders are to be paid upfront via QRIS, i’ll start working on your layout once the payment has been completed within 1x24 hours.
2. estimated turnaround ⓘ regular orders take 1–5 days to complete depending on the order queue, order volume, and my schedule. refrain from asking about your order’s progress while it is still within the estimated turnaround period.
3. rush orders  ⓘ rush orders take 1 hour to 1 day [ask my availability first!] with an additional fee of 5.000 per layout.
4. photos ⓘ customer should provide suitable, accurate, and high-quality photos that match your chosen layout category. all photos must be provided by the customer and must not be taken from paid content. if you would like me to provide it, an additional fee of 2.500 per layout will apply.
5. revisions ⓘ up to two minor revisions are allowed, such as layout adjustments, zooming in or out, and other small tweaks. major revisions, including changing the avatar photo after the preview has been sent are not accepted. revisions are also unavailable once your result has been delivered.
6. copyright ⓘ do not modify, plagiarize, steal, use as inspiration, feed them to ai, or re-edit any of my catalogues. every design is made and protected by copyright. violations will incur a penalty of 500.000. let’s respect for my works by refraining from the stated behaviours.
